XTUDENT – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on xtudent.in (“Xtudent”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
Xtudent operates as a digital learning platform and marketplace. All courses, programs, and learning materials offered through xtudent.in are digital in nature and are delivered electronically.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions available on xtudent.in. By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- All products available on xtudent.in are intangible digital content
- No physical goods are shipped
- Access is provided electronically through user accounts
- Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered
As digital content is immediately accessible, returns are not applicable.
3. NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT TO REFUND
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All purchases on xtudent.in are non-refundable
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Access once granted is treated as content consumption
Users are encouraged to review course details, previews, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment debited but course access not granted
- Course explicitly marked as “Refund Eligible”
Refund requests will not be entertained for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage or engagement
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content
- Partial or full course consumption
- Incompatibility with user devices or internet issues
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund (if eligible), users must:
- Submit a request within 7 calendar days of purchase

Xtudent reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 working days
- Payment gateway or bank delays are beyond Xtudent’s control
7. COURSE CANCELLATION BY USER
Users may cancel:
- Subscriptions (if applicable), subject to terms mentioned at checkout
- Future auto-renewals, where enabled
Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for already paid periods unless explicitly stated.
8. COURSE CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY XTUDENT
Xtudent reserves the right to:
- Modify course content
- Change instructors
- Reschedule live sessions
- Discontinue courses
In such cases:
- Alternative access may be offered
- Refunds, if any, shall be determined at Xtudent’s discretion
9. TRAINER-LED COURSES
For courses offered by independent Trainers:
- Refund eligibility may vary
- Trainer policies must align with Xtudent’s Refund Policy
- Xtudent retains final authority on disputes
Xtudent is not responsible for Trainer decisions outside Platform policies.
10. ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
Xtudent strictly prohibits:
- Repeated refund requests
- Misrepresentation of issues
- Accessing content before requesting refunds
- Chargeback abuse
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Denial of future refund requests
- Legal action where applicable
11. TAXES & FEES
- Taxes and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Refunds, if issued, will exclude non-recoverable charges
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Xtudent reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on xtudent.in. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
