1. INTRODUCTION

This Unified Governance Policy (“Policy”) governs user conduct, membership obligations, community participation, certification standards, and grievance redressal mechanisms on xtudent.in (“Xtudent”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

This Policy applies to all Users, Members, Learners, Trainers, Instructors, and Visitors accessing or using xtudent.in, and forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Trainer Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

By accessing or using xtudent.in, you agree to comply with this Policy in its entirety.


SECTION A — MEMBER POLICY

2. MEMBER ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS

  • Membership on xtudent.in is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older
  • Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one individual per account

Xtudent reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.


3. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members are expected to:

  • Use the Platform solely for lawful and educational purposes
  • Respect Trainers, fellow Members, and Xtudent staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Comply with all Platform policies and guidelines

Members shall not:

  • Share accounts or credentials
  • Engage in piracy or content misuse
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Misrepresent identity or intent
  • Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without authorization

4. ACCESS LIMITATIONS

Xtudent reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or revoke access to content
  • Suspend features or accounts
  • Impose usage limits
  • Remove content or interactions

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice to protect Platform integrity.


SECTION B — COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT STANDARDS

Xtudent aims to maintain a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment.

All community interactions—including comments, discussions, live sessions, messages, and forums—must adhere to the following standards.


6. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xtudent.in:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Abusive, threatening, or defamatory language
  • Spamming, phishing, or unauthorized promotions
  • Sharing misleading or false information
  • Disrupting live sessions or learning environments
  • Soliciting users to external platforms to bypass Xtudent

Xtudent maintains zero tolerance for conduct that undermines community safety or dignity.


7. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

Xtudent reserves the right to:

  • Monitor community activity
  • Remove posts or interactions
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

Moderation decisions are final and made in the best interest of the Platform community.


SECTION C — CERTIFICATION POLICY

8. NATURE OF CERTIFICATES

Certificates issued by xtudent.in:

  • Indicate course completion or participation
  • Are issued digitally
  • Are non-transferable

Certificates do not:

  • Represent government-recognized degrees
  • Constitute professional licenses
  • Guarantee employment, income, or career outcomes

9. CERTIFICATE USAGE & REPRESENTATION

Members shall not:

  • Misrepresent Xtudent certificates as accredited degrees
  • Alter, forge, or duplicate certificates
  • Use certificates for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

Xtudent reserves the right to:

  • Verify certificate authenticity
  • Revoke certificates issued due to misuse or policy violations
  • Take legal action where misrepresentation occurs

10. CERTIFICATE MODIFICATION & WITHDRAWAL

Xtudent may:

  • Update certificate formats
  • Withdraw certificates if issued in error
  • Revoke certificates upon discovery of misconduct, plagiarism, or policy breach

SECTION D — GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY

11. PURPOSE OF GRIEVANCE MECHANISM

Xtudent is committed to addressing grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, in compliance with applicable Indian laws and IT Rules.


12. TYPES OF GRIEVANCES COVERED

Grievances may relate to:

  • Account access issues
  • Payments, refunds, or billing disputes
  • Content quality or conduct concerns
  • Trainer or user behavior
  • Privacy or data protection
  • Certification issues
  • Policy enforcement actions

13. GRIEVANCE SUBMISSION PROCESS

Grievances may be submitted via:

All complaints should include:

  • Name and contact details
  • Description of the grievance
  • Relevant transaction or account information

14. RESPONSE & RESOLUTION TIMELINE

  • Xtudent shall acknowledge grievances within 48 hours
  • Resolution efforts will be undertaken within 15 working days
  • Complex matters may require additional time, which will be communicated

Xtudent’s decision shall be final unless otherwise required by law.


15. MISUSE OF GRIEVANCE MECHANISM

Submission of false, malicious, or abusive complaints may result in:

  • Rejection of grievances
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal consequences where applicable

SECTION E — GENERAL PROVISIONS

16. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Warnings
  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Certificate revocation
  • Legal action

17. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Xtudent reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on xtudent.in. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
